Refund Policy

Last Updated: May 23, 2026. Read about our cancellation, reprint, and refund parameters.

1. Designer Booking Cancellations

When you book an Album Designer, a 50% advance payment is processed to kickstart layout drafts:

  • If you cancel the booking before the designer starts layout drafting work, you are eligible for a full refund of the 50% advance payment (subject to platform transaction fees).
  • Once the designer has accepted the booking and commenced design work (first layout drafts produced), the 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable to cover the designer's working hours.

2. Printing Lab Defects & Reprints

Because print albums are custom-made items, direct refunds are generally not offered for preference changes. However, we offer free reprints under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Severe printing discoloration, incorrect layout orders, missing pages, or page binding misalignment caused by the printing lab.
  • Transit Damages: Albums damaged or bent during direct shipping courier transit.
  • Verification Requirement: You must report the defect to our coordinator within 48 hours of delivery by sending photo/video evidence to rajcreativedesignings@gmail.com or WhatsApp (+91 95812 36891).

3. Platform Coordination and Dispute Mediation

If a dispute arises regarding design adjustments, delays, or print quality, our team will coordinate and mediate between the client, designer, and lab to reach a fair resolution. If the designer or lab fails to meet the specified guidelines or defaults on delivery, coordinators may approve a manual refund of the payments held.

4. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved by the coordinator, the transaction is processed back to the original bank account or UPI address within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive verification of the refund transaction via WhatsApp and email.

5. Non-refundable Circumstances

We do not issue reprints or refunds in cases where:

  • The client uploaded low-resolution source images, leading to blurry printing.
  • The client confirmed and approved the designer's layout layout blueprint, but later changed their mind after the print execution started.
  • Typographical, naming, or date errors were present in the client's submitted form text.
