1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Album Design.in website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and service.
2. Marketplace & Platform Roles
Our platform acts as a digital matching marketplace connecting customers (photographers, final clients) with independent Album Designers and professional Printing Labs:
- Designers are independent service providers responsible for designing layout styles (Premium / Standard / AI Specialty) as chosen by the client.
- Printing Labs are independent providers responsible for print quality, binding materials, and final shipping execution.
- Album Design.in facilitates coordination, hosts profiles, tracks statuses, and oversees order routing, but is not directly liable for independent partner quality disputes.
3. Bookings, WhatsApp Coordination, & Payments
For bookings made via our platform:
- Bookings trigger an order message sent to our platform coordinators on WhatsApp (+91 95812 36891) for tracking and validation.
- A 50% advance payment is required to submit and confirm bookings. Users must scan the platform UPI QR code and upload a screenshot proof of payment on the form.
- Remaining balance payments are due upon completion of the design layout phase and before the printing lab starts print execution or dispatch.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
Users (designers, labs, and customers) are solely responsible for images, logos, layouts, and sample works uploaded to our platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to display uploaded content. Uploading copyright-infringing material is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
5. Verification & Plan Upgrades
Designer and Printing Lab profiles are verified by administrators before going live. Plan upgrades (such as Premium positioning, Standard, or AI features) are subject to active billing cycles. Administrators reserve the right to suspend or reject profiles containing inaccurate specialties, fraudulent ratings, or inappropriate work samples.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Album Design.in, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or output quality, arising from your choice of independent designer or printing lab on the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Srikakulam, AP, India.
